 M-Com office and factory building at present take up an area of more than 2000 m^2, including clean room of 1655 m^2 which has world-class wafer epitaxy and measurement equipment, chip process equipment and SOT packaging equipment. The epitaxy wafer and measurement equipment including: metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD), double crystal X-ray, wavelength and reflectance and measures equipment, ECV thickness analysis instrument and Hall measurement. With professional practice and designed ability, M-Com is rapidly producing the high quality wafer. |

| Process equipment includes: yellow room, aligner, PR spinner, clean banch, £\-step, e-gun, Lapping, scriber, cutter, oval, RTA, PECVD, SEM, mapping sorter, chip counter, pulse L-I-V measurement, APC burn in equipment, solar energy light source simulator, HP 4156 semiconductor electricity analysis instruments. Provide high quality and steady operation of photoelectric component chip for customers. |

| The research and development team in M-Com has strong technique background. All its members graduated from the famous universities in Taiwan or abroad. Currently, most of them with PhD or Master degree. The main research topics include high conversion efficiency III-V compound solar cells, high-efficiency 650nm RCLEDs, and high-power single-mode 850nm VCSELs. |
