M-com has been focusing on the research and development of III-V compound material solar cells including GaAs, InGaP single junction, and GaAs/InGaP tandem solar cells. We already manufacture the solar cell of 25% power conversion efficiency with size range of 1 mm x mm ~ 3 inches in diameter. The solar cell chips package form can be lamp and SMD types.
