Working hours
Flexible time (employees are allowed vary the time that they start or finish work by 20 minutes, excluding the manufacturing division )
Monday ~ Thursday: 08:20 ~ 17:50
Friday: 08:20 ~17:20

 
On leave
For regular employees: In accordance with Labor Standard Law and related legal regulations.
For newly hired employees (first year): Based on the proportion of the severing length in the year.

 
Overtime pay
Executing personnel: In accordance with Labor Standard Las and related regulations.
Supportive personnel: May request payment for meals.

 
Performance evaluation, promotion, and raise
Evaluate performance and promotion every December.
Adjust salary periodically based on price index, company operational status, and personal performance.
